We have built a proprietary 3D Hand Scanner,  along with highly innovative brace designs and automation software. With a  growing team of 50+ talented specialists, and a brand-new office in The Hague our company is getting ready for hyper-growth. All we need now is a Head of Finance to help us through this next stage. 

How you will make impact

As our Head of Finance you own and drive all aspects of our accounting and financial operations. You will work closely with our founders, management team, financial controller and back office. You ensure excellence in financial operations such as order to cash, internal and external reporting, building out budgets, tracking progress against the long-term strategic plan, and producing dashboards that provide insight into the state of the business. You’ll work closely with leadership and make sure that objectives are clear and decisions are made. You will help structure, standardize and automate where needed, so we can keep achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Luckily, Manometric is already large enough that you'll focus on meaningful, complex challenges, and still small enough that you can make a rewarding impact. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to expand their responsibilities beyond accounting to full ownership of our financial operations, and working with the founders on securing loans and assisting with fundraising. 

What you need to succeed 

Our ideal candidate has relevant scale-up experience, preferably in a  production or trade type business, is proactive and thrives in a changing  environment. The position is for 3 to 5 days per week, depending on your experience and preference. 

We also need you to bring this to the table:

• At least 5 years of experience within a high-growth environment. 

• Solid understanding of accounting, internal control, reporting and financial processes. 

• You make quick and accurate models and calculations. 

• Like us you are curious and not afraid to challenge the status quo. 

• Dutch or English language proficiency.
