Make meaningful change in healthcare

Every client experiences their first Manometric moment with you at the front office. With a warm welcome, clear communication, and an eye for detail, you ensure that everything runs smoothly – from the first phone call to the last follow-up. You manage the planning of appointments, keep control when schedules shift, and support clients who need immediate
assistance. At the back office, you handle administrative tasks such as processing claims with German health insurers. You play a key role in building and guiding the office team in Cologne, ensuring collaboration runs smoothly both locally and with our colleagues in the Netherlands. You will quickly learn our processes, see opportunities for improvement, and turn ideas into
action and be an integral part of becoming the fastest growing Sanitätshaus of Germany.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a proactive front and back office coordinator for our new location in Cologne. To be successful in this role, we believe the following qualities are important:

  • You always have an eye for the needs of our clients and know how to positively surprise them.

  • You have experience with client contact and administrative work, preferably in a Sanitätshaus environment.

  • You are strong in planning and coordination and can keep control in a dynamic setting.

  • You take initiative and responsibility and enjoy building a team.

  • You speak and write fluent German and English.
